My 6 mo. old continually moves his hands when he is sitting!

He does this also when he is taking a bottle. It is really kind of cute...he looks like he is conducting an orchestra. My question is...is this normal? Or should I be worried that he has a tic or something?

I guess I should explain a little about his history. He was born via emergency c-section because his heart rate kept dropping due to my amniotic fluid decreasing. I think that is why I am worried that something is wrong.
