I think it's normal. My son moved everything that was movable, even in his sleep. LOL I think that at that age they are just really learning they have "movable parts" and want to explore them. I wouldn't worry about it. But if you really are concerned ask your dr at his next visit, it should be comming up soon, right? Hope this helps.
