I hear that. My son has got some rough dry patches on the backs of his arms...and im not sure why. Perhaps the weather...but we are having an allergy problem here..however i would put something on it if i were you. That new Aquafor is really good..as is Eucerin. I use Aquafor when i put jammies on so it sits there untouched all night and it seems to help. Or a nice layer of A+D ointment before bed and after baths.
