Breastfeeding is great. However, let me warn you, it hurts for a little while. You just have to grin and bear it. I would wait at least 6 weeks to start the bottle, or else they get confused about the nipples. My daughter took the bottle fine when she was about 2 months old, but when she got older and I gave her a bottle less often, she began to protest and refuse.
