Only for the first few months, after that the baby develops a strong imune system and if you carry on boiling the bottles all the time, the baby might not get in contact with much needed bacteria. Have you heard of parents that were TOO careful and ended up having kids alergic to everything? Well same with those bottles! Today cleaning products are so strong I don't think your baby will suffer if you clean it really well but do not boil it.
