Where you described the rash is the typical spot for reactions. ALL my kids had this :S here is what i used and i called me Magic Butt Cream it worked with in a day... get 1% Hydrocortisone cream and a tube of zinc..... but a little of each on him and rub it together the HyDrocortisone will clean it up and the zinc makes a water barrier,,, i do that every time and i use a little extra at bed time to protect thoughout the night...
