We had a similar problem with Hannah. She took a bottle then we didn't give her another for a few weeks. When we tried again she had no interest. It sounds like you're trying everything. The best advice I can think of is to be persistant. Don't force the bottle on him, but just keep offering it and keep trying different bottles and nipples. We finally found one that Hannah liked and she's had no problem with a daily bottle or two ever since.
