The enzymes in plain yogurt (NOT THE SUGARY STUFF) will fight the stuff causing the yeast infection. Using just this method would take a long time though. In my case, I just made sure he had very little sugar and used the Nystatin cream. The doc should have a look at the situation and make sure to give you a strong enough dose if it hasn't worked for you in the past. Good luck!
