: I think whoever sent this, did it with the intent to give my computer a virus. I was not familiar with the address and also the virus was in an attachment. You should never open an email from an address that you are not familiar with. My ISP checks for any viruses before they even get to me.

maybe i dont open attachements at all, there are programs like icrediMailXE that u can see the attachment without opening them to your computer
