Sounds like she has trichotillomania, a hair pulling disorder. Take her to the doctor. It's not something you can fix on your own.

: hi. please help. My baby keeps pulling her hair. Evrytime she cries she would start doing it. Now the back part of her head ia already balding. what should i do?
