My 5 month old has a small-bumped, slightly red, rough-feeling rash on his upper thighs, stomach and back. It doesn't seem to bother him. We bath him every night with J&J wash. He also started rice cereal last week but the rash was already present. Could detergent residue be a culprit? I noticed it about 2 weeks ago and it has gotten worse.
