Vasectomy failure rates?

Here is my story. I used to be very iregular. Sometime 2 months, and often 4 months. Until I had babies. I had my son in July, and had my period in Sept,Oct,Nov, and Dec. 32-35 days apart. My last was on Dec 28th!! 46 days:-0! My husband had a vesectomy in Sept. I am seriously worried, as we thought we were safe. Anyone else have similar stories. What are the chances. I haven't bothered testing yet as I didn't test + till late with both my other pregnancies. HELP.
