Stroller and car seat question!

Hello! I don't post here often but I have a question for the experienced parents! :) Dh and I are looking for a good car seat and stroller for the baby and there are TOO many options out there! Can anyone tell me the best makes, especially for the stroller. I don't want to get something that ends up not being very practical.
