I only have one child, but I have breatfed in front of a couple of children both about 4 years old and they were asking me questions. The first one was a little boy and his mom was kind of uncomfortable, so I didn't really talk about it, the baby was just under a blanket. The second child was asking me questions and her mom didn't have a problem with me answering them, so I was just as honest as I could be. I believe in being honest with children and aswering their questions as honestly as possible while giving them an answer that they can understand. It was okay. I know that when I have other children and my son askes questions I am simply going to say that this is how God meant for babies to eat and that he did too. No problem if you don't make it one
