That mid-day nap lasts about 1-1.5 hours. I thought I included that but didn't. I understand that babies are supposed to get more nap time than that. Part of our strategy is to try to get Hannah down for two short naps (one in the mid-morning and one around 3pm) to add to that long mid-day nap.
