: I am the mother of a 21 month old, 19 months corrected. She has only slept through the night for a month (when she was 6 months old). I am back at work now, and can't function with the lack of sleep. She is up Screaming until after about 1 hour, I finally give in and get her. Please help me Do you have a regular bedtime that you put your daughter to sleep?? That is very important and also that she is not going to bed to late, otherwise babies/toddlers can get overtired/overstimulated which makes it harder to sleep.

Hi,
Another question, do you have a bedtime routine?
That is also important because it lets your daughter know that it is time to go to sleep soon. Also it is something she can look forward to. A bath and story is always nice.
When she wakes up at night, does she just want your attention? Maybe when she does cry you could just go to her and comfort her without picking her up.
