: Getting her TO sleep isn't necessarily a big problem. It's keeping her asleep for more than 30 minutes in her crib. I probably wasn't terribly clear. The going-to-sleep questions are related but not really the biggest issue. What it comes down to is that my mother-in-law won't be able to hold her and rock with her forever. I know they both enjoy it but Hannah won't be a little peanut forever. The problem is, once again, that she won't stay asleep for much more than 30 minutes in her crib. It's obvious she needs more sleep than that. I've seen her when she's only had 3 :30 naps during a day and it's not pretty. Have you tried back ground noise? Like a radio, fan, tv? Sorry, I thought you meant you couldn't get her to nap. Maybe if when she starts to stir if your close enough, rub her back. or just leave her for a little while, she might go back to sleep on her own! Good luck!
