My daughter was the same way up to about 2 months old. There was really nothing I could do. I would notice that it got worse when I ate spicy food, or dairy, but she had gas pretty much all the time. The best way I found to deal with it when she would cry in pain was to lay her in my lap or on a bed, sofa, floor, etc. and move her legs like she was riding a bicycle. It seemed to help her get the gas out and get relief. A lot of times that would help her poop as well.

Hope it helps.
