I've tried so many different things on my baby's skin, but the only thing that made her "atopic dermititis" (as the peds called it) go away was using nothing at all. I just wash her in water, using Burt's Bees buttermilk soap occasionally on her hair and her bottom. I even tried a prescription cream...nothing worked. I gather that this skin problem will go away when the weather warms up and there is more humidity in the air.
