Has anyone here heard of ILSES PASTE (not too sure it this is the correct spelling)?

I tried finding some info. on the net about it, but was unsuccessful.
My son's dermatologist reccommended it as a barrier cream, but said it was very difficult to get off once on.
Does anyone have any experience with using it?? If so, does it work well?
