Regarding the flipping onto his stomach and then crying ... Hannah did the EXACT same thing. She could roll from her back to her front but not her front to her back. When she ended up on her tummy she got very frustrated because she was stuck. There's not a lot you can do about it. We ended up propping her up on her side with one of those triangle cushion chocks. We'd just put her on her side and put that thing behind her. She really liked sleeping on her side (like her Daddy) and still sleeps that way a lot. She still sometimes flipped and sometimes the extra pillow irritated her because it trapper her a little, but it helped. I guarantee that someday your little guy will like being on his tummy. I didn't believe Hannah ever would, and now she sleeps like that half of the time. Regarding the pulling up ... there's nothing at ALL you can do about that other than remove the toys. Hannah went through a phase where if her eye even cracked open she was pulling herself up within seconds. Basically it's a phase you'll have to live with.
