Hi, I have a jar of it right now in my hand and this is what it reads:Topical astringent and protectent for relief of dermititis and diaper rash.ACTIVE INGREDIENT:25% zinc oxide INACTIVE INGREDIENTS: lanolin,starch and white petrolatum. I used it as a barrier as well. I had what were considered like "bed sores" and it helped alot.and my middleDaughter had a rash from wiping her nose with her hand(kids!!) and the paste worked great!!
