My girl did the same thing at that age. We couldn't find a thing to help. Robin's suggestion of mylecon drops might work. The only solution I could find was to walk around with her until she settled. Try humming a little song. Sometimes they like the vibration. I went through my entire catelog with our Hannah.

Sorry I couldn't offer much help. Just hold your breath and hope it's a phase.
