: I have a 4.5 mth old girl who can only nap for 20 minutes than wakes up. At night we put her down and she wakes up 1 hour to the minute screaming. It takes 2 hours to calm her, as she thrashes around in our arms. I cant find anything about this. Crying it out is not the answer right now as all she does is cry.

Our ds was also like this. A few things that I found that helps... wrap her very tightly in a blanket like a newborn! Always worked... try distracting her... with lights or sounds! If you must pick her up and hold her, hold her up high on your shoulder with her belly down! Also worked everytime... try a warm rag on her belly too! Often soothes pain! Good luck!
