Strollers for rough terrain

Does anyone recommend a specific stroller for rough terrain? My husband and I would like to bring our baby (due in May) for walks on a dirt park path and he disk golfs so he would be pushing the stroller over grass. Some strollers I've seen are listed below. I've noticed that some strollers accept the baby car seat/carriers, but others don't. Why do people have the strollers that accept these car seat/carriers, and is it important for me to buy a stroller that I can use with them? If you have any info on the above or if you've had good/bad luck with strollers on dirt paths or grass, let me know. We'd like to include the baby in outings that we typically enjoy.
