: Hi Michelle

I use Beewilds Infant eczema skin care cream. This product is natural and hasn't got any nasty steroids in it. It is great on nappy rash and any skin inflammation. It has a base cream of aqueous which is a substitiute for soap. It has also been medically trialed and has a money back guarantee. It is worth having a read around the site.

I've tried so many different things on my baby's skin, but the only thing that made her "atopic dermititis" (as the peds called it) go away was using nothing at all. I just wash her in water, using Burt's Bees buttermilk soap occasionally on her hair and her bottom. I even tried a prescription cream...nothing worked. I gather that this skin problem will go away when the weather warms up and there is more humidity in the air.

: Michelle
