They could be another Paul Bernardo or Jeffrey Dalmer. If you don't know who these people are, please look them up. It will scare the pants off of you I am sure. Paul Bernardo was such a bad person and so hated by even the other prisoners that they had to build him a special cell so they wouldn't find a way to kill him. He preyed on young girls, even killing his own sister-in-law. He would do some pretty hair raising things to them in the process with the aid of his wife Karla.
