Hi Yvette Approx 10% of children regularly wet the bed up until the age of 8 years. There are behaviour modification strategies that can be helpful to reduce bed wetting with an older child, however, at 4 your son is much too young for these methods. You may like to see your doctor to rule out any physical problems otherwise I am afraid it may simply be a matter of waiting until he matures. Rowena
