My oldest was the same way.. this is what i did

nothing to drink 3 hours b4 bed
none of this training pants they kep the wetness away from the skin and he dont feel that he is wet
have him help you change the bed sheeting in the morning...
tell him that he is a big boy all the time
Have him go potty b4 bed and you might have to set the clock and check on him at night and keep a journal on the time and if he was wet or dry to see if there is a pattern to the times that he is wetting the bed.... then you can get him up at the time to go potty....
