cook and mash sweet potatoe (white kind - its dryer than the red) then roll it into tiny balls and place in refrigerator. they are wonderfull healthy finger foods.
The fresh vegetable only lasts up to 3 days in the fridge so I suggest only doing a half potatoe at a time depending on how much you baby will eat.
