I wouldn't worry about it. I also have a 4-year-old boy in the same situation and I've done a lot of research on this. Basically, it's normal for a certain percentage to have accidents at this age. The big things are to make sure they aren't punished for it and to keep them as comfortable as possible. We still try to limit drinking at night and make a trip to the bathroom, but he also wears a diaper to bed. At first I was very skeptical about this when I was advised to do it, but I asked my son what he thought. He was willing to try for a night and the next morning he was so happy because his bed was dry. We were originally going to use Pull-Ups but he is thin and fits into any disposable size 6 diaper. These are cheaper, hold more, and leak less. Remember, he's not treated like a baby. He just needs a litte added protection. My son is ok with it. He will walk to the bathroom at night when he wakes up in only his diaper without being embarrassed. It works....
