I am only going by what I did that helped with my son... but follow a strict routine. Put him down at the same times everyday! In the evening bathe him, read a story, do relaxing activities that are calming. During the day if need be do the same... that is what we had to do. My son is over 8 mos and just started sleeping through the night... I dont know if that will even last! He may be teething too, which doesn't help much! Good luck!
