Dear Hmmmm, I owe you an apology as well. It was after mid-night at the end of a long day trying to keep up with everything and I was so shocked to see a negative comment come up under my search listing it really set me back. I think I was a little stronger in my response than I should have been. I sincerely appreciate why your opinion would be what it was given the garbage spam people tend to post on sites like this ... it's very frustrating to me as well. Regarding the guarantee - some have called me crazy, ridiculous and "not interested in making a profit" because of the way I handle people who have even the slightest problem - like an order showing up a couple days late because of the post office. I have yet to have someone tell me they want their money back for the reason that the blanket just doesn't work. I don't want to give details about how I handle the guarantee because I could easily be taken advantage of. But I must say that it is all because of how much my customers and I love this product. I don't know why it works as well as it does but it does and it's very hard to let people know without them thinking I am just another "over the top" marketer. This is why many of my customers have actually gone out and started do things to get the word out. I have no control over those people, but if I did I would suggest they stay away from posting "commercials" on message boards … that is never a good thing – for the readers or my company.
