How much sleep should a 10 mth have?

My son is 10 Months old and I seem to have a hard time getting him to sleep. I try to make him have 2 naps, a morning nap and an afternoon nap. Sometime this doesnt always work, since he may take his afternoon nap around dinner, I like to get him into bed around 7-8pm. Any ideas, he still is not sleeping through the night! We wakes atleast twice for a bottle. HELP!
