At the risk of making this string longer and more involved than any of you (or I) want it, let me say that I sincerely accept your apology and assure you that the post was not put there by me or anyone I know. I will absolutely admit that that was one of the most "spammy" sounding posts I've seen. I understand why you thought what you did. I did not take exception with your attitude, only the accusations regarding the product and the website. I tried to track down the person who put that post up and was able to narrow it down to 15 or 20 people, but I'm not sure how to contact them and make my message [to them] make sense.

I will say that there seems to be several of our customers who are posting "raves" of their own volition, but usually they are heavily involved in the boards on which they post, and know the others on their sites. The product seems to be creating quite a fervent "following". If I can track down "Janet", you can be sure that I will [very gently] let her know that her efforts are appreciated, but subtlety and involvement are key when posting on boards of this type … she can cause me more damage than good. Please understand that after reading the post more carefully, I know where you are/were coming from and I apologize if my response was unnecessarily strong.

P.S. you did point out something that, although no one has mentioned it to me, may be true: I should find a smaller baby. They're hard to find in my personal life, because all of our freinds' kids are the same age as our kids ... maybe it's time to fork over some dough and get some pro photos made ... but I do like pointing freinds and family to my website when they want to see a picture of Jake. :-)
