We did this around the same age with our son. He is usually the type that HATES to be in the car, but he did so well! I was amazed. For one I took a cd that we always listen to of children's music. That helped a lot for the bored crabby moments. For the most part he slept a lot! I took his favorite snacks too! We brought all of his favorite toys... and had to entertain much of the time!
