I agree with your thoughts on 'Lily Belle'. We're also trying to stay away from other flower names - eg: Rose - and names that start with vowels. Really, the only time anyone uses the middle name is when a child is being scolded, and middle names with vowels tend to run into the first name. Only a few weeks to go, though, so we'll have to figure it out.
