Grouchy Baby...

HELP! My son who is almost 10 mos... seems to be tired ALL the time. He usually goes to bed at 8:30 and wakes around 7:00. He takes two naps a day first one for 45 mins and the second about 1.5 hrs. But he constantly yawns and can often fall asleep here and there. He is always cranky. Yesterday he woke in a really good mood. He was great all morning and when he took his afternoon nap he woke up in a horrible mood again. At night he still wakes about 2 times. This am he woke up in a horrible mood again. He is in good health and recently had a check up. Is he getting enough/too much sleep? Any ideas here?
