Can someone tell me what O.D.D is?

Hi. I was wandering what O.D.D is?I'm a babysitter and I got this job with a child who is O.D.D .I've dealt with two kids that were A.D.D but I wanted to know if its anything like A.D.D .If someone could tell me that would be great.
