another nosebleed...

My 15mth old DD woke up last night around 10:30pm and I went in to check on her and she was covered in blood from a nosebleed. Do you think she just hit her nose and it started to bleed?? I went in right away.. . a couple months ago she had the same thing happen, I have never seen her with her fingers in her nose, But I do not rule that out as the cause. Just hoping someone may shed some light on this.It was one of the scariest moments in my life,to walk in and see all that blood on her. Thanks for any responses.....from Melinda
