If he's gaining weight well, has plenty of wet diapers, & is healthy, he's probably getting enough. Maybe it's time to only offer the breast in the evening & at night. Your breasts will adjust & make as much as he needs. I breastfed my DD for 11 months & was worried about weaning. She surprised me by getting bored with breastfeeding & quitting on her own. It gets hard for babies to hold still for long periods of time as they get older.
