I've found a great way to regulate body temperature is by taking off or putting on socks. It sounds funny, but if you took your shoes and socks off right now I'm sure you'd feel cooler and more comfortable. Generally if my daughter and I are outside and I think she's too warm, I'll just let her go barefoot for a little while. This time of year, depending on where you are, a onesie is generally enough. IF you have a younger baby, I'd say a onesie with socks and bring a blanket along in case the AC is too cold someplace you go. If it's hot out, remove the socks.

:)
