That is happening to me too! I changed my baby's nipple over a month ago from the 0-3 nipples to the 3-6 Medium Flow nipples because I figured she needs a bigger hole nipple now coz she's 5 months. They still leak up to now, I said to myself maybe she'll get used to it but it gets frustrating at times because her clothes will always get wet every time we feed her. I will complain to avent and maybe they have a suggestion or even come up with a non-leak nipple!
