Are you finding that it leaks from the ring? Or is it that the flow is too fast and it is leaking from the babies mouth down her chin? This happened to us. I called them and said to do the following. If you are warming the bottle in the micro it causes and air bubble/gas bubble. So warm it up, screw the lid on, open it again and close it again. This will stop the leak/fast flow. I tried for a few months and always thought that our daugher could just not keep up with the flow. I called them and they told me to do that. It does not leak now and I love them!!! Good Luck!
