I doubt that your baby is doing that intentionally. All babies love to put their fingers in the mouths. My son often gags because he puts his finger into his throat and there have been a few times that a bit of spit up has come out because of that. Clean up your baby immediately afterwards so she doesn't "play" with it. And encourage her not to do it by gently taking her finger away or distracting her with a toy or something new (I usually give my son his plastic feeding bowl and he gets thrilled with it).
