: I'm going to take DS swimming this afternoon. I have Water Babies spf 45 to put on him and a hat but should I put a shirt on him too, when he's in the pool. My husband looked at me like I was crazy when I mentioned to him. Does he need a shirt or will the sunblock be enough?

I actually heard that you can still burn under a t-shirt.I forget where I heard it or even if it's true.Has anyone heard this before?? Anyway, just make sure he has lots of spf45 and that you let it sink into his skin at least 30mins before he goes in the sun and or water.from Melinda...ps. Dont worry about being over cautious, I am 2. the sun is a scary thing nowadays..
