: OK, I have posted before about some major issues me and hubby have. But here is my dilemma at this point. My son is almost 1. I got accepted to nursing school and start in August. Hubby and I DO NOT get along at all (has been this way for months)! A lot of this started as I was pregnant and he just could not calm down, he wanted to go out constantly and hang out all the time! He NEVER grew up! The day after I got accepted to nursing school (as I have been trying to hang in there for the next year)... hubby says he wants to go back to his "home country" for three months to see everyone and "hang out"! He never considered me or our son. What would we do? How would we manage financially etc! I have an offer to stay with family until I complete school... do I take it and just get out of this mess? Like a recent post I don't know what is best for our son. I dont want to destroy him or take him from his father. But at the same time I know my husband will have very little to do with him if we don't live together. Any ideas out there? He refuses counseling... or "working" together on this. In my heart I know what the right choice is but I am scared to death! Thanks in advance! Thanks for all the thoughts everyone! I am thinking a "seperation" will be the best thing. My only concern being, if he decides to go back to his country... is it harder to get a divorce if he does not come back? If anyone knows thanks!
