I had my daughter have her ears pierced at six weeks. I am expecting our second child in a couple of weeks. If I have another daughter she will have her ears pierced as soon as possible after birth. I'm sure it is best for them to have it done when they are very young, don't feel any pain and grow up used to weasring earrings all the time.

Best of luck with your decision - Pam

: I had my daughters ears done one at 2 months and one at 6 months.Never had any problem.Just make sure you use earrings with safty backs. No hoops until the child is older.

: hope this helps
