Baby Book Help

Hey ladies (& gents)~

I'm making my own baby book this weekend and I need some guidance. Since I haven't bought a real baby book I have no idea what all categories are in it. Would some of you mind looking at your own baby books and listing off the various categories and pages that are in it.

I've been journaling throughout my pregnancy so I plan to add those pages to it and I have all of the sonogram pix and cards from friends and family. Then I have the list of names and presents from showers. But I really need help otherwise.
