I am trying hard to stay fit and lose some weight. I work out at home, but I am not very disciplined. I joined a gym recently and I try to go 5 times a week. I usually go at about 9 PM after tucking the kids in bed, cleaning the kitchen, doing the laundry etc. It is so tough to take out the time everyday to go to the gym. I have the time during the day, but childcare for 2 kids at the gym is expensive. Besides, I tried it once and my 8 month old cried so much that I had to cut my workout short and get home. Anyone else out there that is trying to lose weight after childbirth? And how do you stay motivated?
